Smartsheet and Dropbox: A Collaborative Dream Come True
One of the biggest values of Smartsheet is the ability to access, manage, and share files inside shared project and process sheets. Our partnership with Dropbox is an exciting addition to the attachment integrations with Google Drive and Box, giving you even more options to attach files with your work.

Zapier – Connect Even More of Your Work
This past spring, Smartsheet announced the launch of our API. Exciting news, but if you’re on the non-technical side of things like me, there’s not much you can do with an API. Well, as mentioned above, we’re passionate about making work (and life!) easier. So, starting today, you can use Zapier to connect Smartsheet to hundreds of leading web apps - without writing a single line of code.
How does it work?
Zapier gives you the power to easily establish your own connections between web apps. When you do something in one app, it pushes information to another - according to "Triggers" and "Actions" you define.
Talk about a dream come true! Here are just a few examples of connections you can make between Smartsheet and other web apps in your arsenal:
Salesforce: Create a new row in Smartsheet when a new lead is added in Salesforce.
PayPal: When someone makes a purchase via Paypal, create a new row in Smartsheet to instantly track the transaction.
Evernote: When a new ‘to do’ note is created in Evernote, automatically create a new task in Smartsheet where you can set due dates and reminders.These examples are just the beginning – learn more about the possibilities Zapier.
