Skillsfinder helps businesses improve processes and enhance productivity and collaboration through using cloud-based SaaS products like Smartsheet and SharePoint in the USA and Europe. We work with a range of clients from different industries including engineering, logistics, marketing and creative media, event management, and government organizations.
What types of clients do you recommend use Smartsheet?
Our typical clients are fast growth and in need of systems that can scale. Or we work with more traditional businesses that have maxed out on Excel spreadsheets and need to move away from mandrolic processes. In either case, Smartsheet is an ideal solution. We help them maximize the benefits of Smartsheet with customized template configuration, reports, training, and ongoing support based on best practices.
What features offer measurable value to your clients?
Web Forms is the one of the most useful new features. Collecting and collating information from the web forms results in time-savings from data entry and eliminates the need for paper-based forms. Recently Skillsfinder helped a Haulage and Logistics client move away from their paper-based daily Vehicle Defect Reports over to an easy-to-use mobile web form. Already this has had a massive impact for their mobile workforce.
The Android version of Smartsheet was very well received. Now most smart devices can interact with Smartsheet, facilitating the ability to make updates and stay updated while on the move.
Can you share a specific case study?
Drives and Automation is an engineering firm which supplies control systems for a wide range of industries and clients including Tata Steel, Youngs, and Bluecrest Foods. Their engineering teams work to detailed project plans, often with tight shutdown deadlines and high levels of integration. Skillsfinder helped them move to Smartsheet as their project management tool.
